One of the first roadblocks to establishing an effective exercise program is finding your motivating factor to get you started. Whether it comes as a New Years Resolution, or afer a disturbing diagnosis from a doctor, most people need some kind of motivation to start. However, after a month or so when the progress begins to level out or seems to slow, you need to find motivating factors to continue. Some people look outside conventional motivation to find when inspires them to continue.
