Windows 8 Store Terms: We've many reasons to wipe your data

Oh man... And I was just backing up my system preparing to upgrade to 8 today :/!! But what do you know! Microsoft is giving me WAAAAAAAY too many reasons NOT to give them my money, or at least for now just another reason NOT to use the Win8 store. Isn?t there some legal authority that can be contacted to force them to change the terms of service? Especially the post-five ?Random? wiping of apps and data part? That?s a directly invasive and destructive breach of the user?s rights and privacy! Oh, and then they?re NOT responsible for your loss of data! Oh really? YOU F*&^@# WIPED IT OUT YOU MO$O!! How is that NOT YOUR responsibility?!

Seriously... I?m starting to miss the Vista days, those days were of absolute idiocy and ignorance to whatever the users wanted and needed, but now M$ is challenging Apple for the title of the Douchiest Corp in History! Till now I?m getting way too many negative issues with the new system that are overshadowing all of the good stuff! This is exactly NOT what Microsoft needs right now, and more importantly, not what WE need.

Sweet... So what do we do now?
1) I?m not doing the upgrade, money stays in ma pocket, at least until everything clears out.
2) Goodbye app store. FOREVER (or until they change their EULA)
3) I?m seriously considering an Ubuntu upgrade instead of the Win8 upgrade, or maybe Mageia, v3 Alpha is out now... Time to test!
